Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the investment adviser shall apply to the Recognised Stock Exchange in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Recognised Stock Exchange shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
