Surrender of certificate.—Every employee who ceases to carry on the receipt of wages in a covered establishment shall, within forty-two days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Corporation in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 16 of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
