Application for registration.—Every importer of liquor carrying on the import of liquor into the State shall make an application for registration to the Government of Karnataka in Form F, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every sample held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
