Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a teleport who ceases to carry on the operation of a teleport shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Advisory Panel in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every title held by him has been disposed of.
