Intimation of change.—Every operator of a teleport shall intimate to the Advisory Panel, in Form III and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Advisory Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
