Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a pilgrim lodge who ceases to carry on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every donation receipt held by him has been disposed of.
