Safe custody.—Every lessee of a village fishery shall keep every work order to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where fishing in a village tank is carried on, shall record in Form 8 the description of every work order so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Gram Panchayat within sixty days of the close of each year.
