Application for registration.—Every loss assessor carrying on the assessment of claims shall make an application for registration to the Tariff Advisory Committee in Form IRDA-3, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every statement of claims held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
