Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier who ceases to carry on the running of an industry shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every monitoring report held by him has been disposed of.
