Application for registration.—Every seller of goods on an electronic platform carrying on the sale of goods on an electronic platform shall make an application for registration to the District Commission in Form G, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every measure held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
