Surrender of certificate.—Every seller of goods on an electronic platform who ceases to carry on the sale of goods on an electronic platform shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every weighing instrument held by him has been disposed of.
