Application for registration.—Every operator of a home stay carrying on the running of a home stay shall make an application for registration to the Hotel Classification Committee in Form V, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
