Surrender of certificate.—Every contract farming sponsor who ceases to carry on the sponsoring of contract farming shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every market fee receipt held by him has been disposed of.
