Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contract farming sponsor shall apply to the Board in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
