Safe custody.—Every trustee shall keep every lease of trust property to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the administration of a trust is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every lease of trust property so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Board within three hundred and sixty-five days of the close of each year.
