Safe custody.—Every allottee of evacuee property shall keep every possession certificate to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the occupation of evacuee property is carried on, shall record in Form 7 the description of every possession certificate so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Registrar within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
