Intimation of change.—Every allottee of evacuee property shall intimate to the District Registrar, in Form 4 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
