Intimation of change.—Every building worker registered with the Board shall intimate to the Welfare Board, in Form 1 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Welfare Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
