Surrender of certificate.—Every tour operator who ceases to carry on the conduct of tours shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Museum Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every tourist held by him has been disposed of.
