Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the issuer shall apply to the Investor Protection Fund Trust in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Investor Protection Fund Trust shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ten days of the application.
