Application for registration.—Every issuer carrying on the issue of securities shall make an application for registration to the Investor Protection Fund Trust in Form H, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every statement of holdings held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
