Surrender of certificate.—Every lessee of Government land who ceases to carry on the holding of Government land on lease shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every rent receipt held by him has been disposed of.
