Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee shall apply to the Registrar of the Commission in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Registrar of the Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
