Surrender of certificate.—Every autonomous body receiving grants who ceases to carry on the utilisation of grants shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Directorate of Treasuries in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 19 of the manner in which every bid held by him has been disposed of.
