Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the insurance marketing firm shall apply to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in Form IRDA-2 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
