Application for registration.—Every keeper of a restaurant carrying on the running of a restaurant shall make an application for registration to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in Form G, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every improvement notice held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
