Rule 26, Rajasthan Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2021 [S8G-Q32]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the tenant of waqf property shall apply to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
