Surrender of certificate.—Every online gaming operator who ceases to carry on the offering of online games shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Sports Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every recognition held by him has been disposed of.
