Application for registration.—Every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall make an application for registration to the State Sports Council in Form F, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every federation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
