Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the online gaming operator shall apply to the State Sports Council in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the State Sports Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
