Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the courier agency shall apply to the Authority for Advance Ruling in Form GST EWB-01 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Authority for Advance Ruling shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty days of the application.
