Conditions of registration.—Every lessee of defence land shall carry on the holding of defence land on lease only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every register of contractors in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such register of contractors for inspection on request by the Provost Marshal, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
