Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of denatured spirit shall intimate to the District Excise Officer, in Form E and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Excise Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
