Intimation of change.—Every micro-insurance agent shall intimate to the Council of Insurers, in Form IRDA-6 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Council of Insurers shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
