Safe custody.—Every manager of a school library shall keep every textbook to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a school library is carried on, shall record in Form B the description of every textbook so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Director of Education within sixty days of the close of each year.
