Application for registration.—Every licensee of a fair carrying on the holding of a fair shall make an application for registration to the Director of Panchayats in Form 3, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every assessment register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
