Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the carrying on of business in India by a foreign company is carried on, the particulars of every balance sheet held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form INC-1, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
