Safe custody.—Every operator of a cyber cafe shall keep every seized article to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a cyber cafe is carried on, shall record in Form IV the description of every seized article so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate within seven days of the close of each year.
