Intimation of change.—Every operator of a cyber cafe shall intimate to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, in Form V and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
