Application for registration.—Every operator of a cyber cafe carrying on the running of a cyber cafe shall make an application for registration to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in Form VI, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
