Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a cyber cafe shall apply to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
