Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of an aircraft who ceases to carry on the ownership of an aircraft shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Karnataka in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-2 of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
