Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a houseboat who ceases to carry on the operation of a houseboat shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Tourism in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every guest register held by him has been disposed of.
