Regulation 14, National Medical Commission (Registration of Pharmacists) Regulations, 2020 [S8F-QCZ]

Intimation of change.—Every pharmacist shall intimate to the National Medical Commission, in Form 20-B and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Medical Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
