Surrender of certificate.—Every pharmacist who ceases to carry on the practice of pharmacy shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Medical Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 28 of the manner in which every medical device held by him has been disposed of.
