Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in military stores who ceases to carry on dealing in military stores shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Cantonment Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every building held by him has been disposed of.
