Application for registration.—Every auditor carrying on the audit of accounts of a company shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Companies in Form ADT-1, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every balance sheet held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
