Intimation of change.—Every auditor shall intimate to the Registrar of Companies, in Form AOC-4 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Companies shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
