Surrender of certificate.—Every lessee of a village fishery who ceases to carry on fishing in a village tank shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Panchayats in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 3 of the manner in which every muster roll held by him has been disposed of.
