Application for registration.—Every lessee of a village fishery carrying on fishing in a village tank shall make an application for registration to the Director of Panchayats in Form 5, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every assessment register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
